Zander Sturgill is a content producer and host at Ancient America Foundation. His work focuses on making research about Indigenous and Native American perspectives, ancient American history, archaeology, and the restored gospel clear, engaging, and accessible through visual storytelling.
Zander holds a BS degree in digital media management and has worked in video production and online media for over a decade. His experience includes managing educational YouTube channels and producing interviews, documentaries, and digital content. He also gives presentations exploring Native American perspectives on the restored gospel, history, culture, and faith.
Of Diné (Navajo) heritage, Zander brings a personal interest in Native American history, representation, and faith to his work and research. After traveling to locations connected with Church history and Book of Mormon research, including Saudi Arabia, England, Hawaii, and sites across the United States, he became increasingly interested in exploring Native American history and perspectives alongside Latter-day Saint history and scripture.
He is passionate about using media to build understanding at the intersection of history, culture, and faith.
