Lorin Hatch brings a lifetime of leadership, faith, service, and community involvement to the AAF foundation. A graduate of Brigham Young University in Political Science and Public Administration, Lorin has enjoyed a distinguished career in real estate, recognized as a Phoenix Business Journal “Real Estate Superstar,” a West USA Top Producer, and a member of the President’s Club.
A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lorin served as a missionary in the Texas South Mission and has held numerous Church leadership and teaching callings, including bishop, seminary teacher, high councilor, elders quorum president, and stake Young Men president. He has also served as a temple ordinance worker for more than 20 years and, alongside his wife, Lina, has served as a senior couple and service missionary.
An Arizona native and Gilbert resident for more than 50 years, Lorin has dedicated decades to serving his community. He has coached youth basketball, served as a Boy Scout leader for 20 years, including as Scoutmaster, and has been recognized in both the Grand Canyon Council and San Tan District Boy Scouts Halls of Fame. He has also served as a BSA Unit Commissioner.
Lorin and Lina have been married for 55 years and are the proud parents of seven children, 22 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. A passionate BYU supporter and former BYU basketball camp coach, Lorin continues to bring his enthusiasm for faith, family, education, and service to everything he does.
