Jonathon Riley earned a PhD and MA in Biblical Studies from The Catholic University of America, an MA in Biblical Studies from Trinity Western University, and a BA in Ancient Near Eastern Studies from Brigham Young University. He is an expert in Biblical Studies, Book of Mormon Studies, and Zoroastrianism. His interests include intertextuality and allusion, narrative criticism, and exegesis in general. He has published articles using Hebrew linguistics to help inform the text of the Book of Mormon, and has done work on the Septuagint in the Book of Mormon.
